    1. I just went to check if a highly specialized doctor with rare expertise in a chronic condition of mine was covered by my insurance. They made sure to tell me she’s “above average cost”.

    Don’t tell me to cost compare doctors. Kind of in general? But especially, *especially*, when it comes to doctors who specialize in rare conditions.
