    @yousefcisco my package had node version specified from the beginning. that was the problem. it was installing but still using 0.10.30.

      @yousefcisco ultimately my “solution” was changing the order the two buildpacks were loaded. even though i’d already tried that. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
